Projects

With each mission, a manager gains experience and accumulates an important amount of knowledge along with it. This knowledge then becomes a valuable part of the manager's intellectual toolbox, critical when it comes to resolving mission-critical situations.
 

The documents on this page reflect the sort of situations a manager may encounter. Having such documentation to hand has proved useful, not just for the actual content, unique to each situation and each company, but as proof that the manager can deliver when it's expected.

Documenting workflows and processes for contracts or Service Level Agreements, production, and resourcing requirements remains an important element in assuring service continuity, and although the form changes with the environment, being able to draw on past experience and existing documentation helps and guarantees successful new employee on-boarding, planning for power outages, and responding to ad hoc new business requests more efficiently.

Note. Data Protection and Intellectual Property play an important role in any partnership, so for confidentiality’s sake, all sensitive data, such as names, contact data, and anything specifically IP-related, has been removed from these documents.
